5. Returns and Refunds

All of our custom shaker doors and drawer fronts are made to order. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and if an order has any defects in workmanship, or our products do not match what you ordered, we take full responsibility. Being that all products are custom made, any products that are made correctly according to the order are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please be sure to verify all the dimensions and selected options on your order before processing your order. We will not be responsible for doors and drawers that are ordered incorrectly. Upon delivery of your product, please check your order to make sure all dimensions and selected options match what you ordered. If there is an issue with a product, we will replace the product exactly as ordered. No changes to the original order will be accepted.

6. Cancellations and Changes

At the moment you place your order, your doors and drawer fronts will immediately go into production. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. In rare instances, if an order can be stopped, we will provide a refund minus any credit card or processing fees. In the rare instances an order can be changed, we will assess a change/cancellation fee at a minimum of $150.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or website.
